Over in South West London, somebody will be crowned the champion of the biggest tennis Grand Slam of the lot, Wimbledon, and here, in America, we have the final of the FIFA Club World Cup. On top of those star-studded events, which will draw the eyes of fans across the globe, we also have Summer League basketball, WNBA, MLB, IndyCar, and golf action to get stuck into. There’s plenty to enjoy!

Wimbledon: Men’s & Women’s Finals

  • Day: Womens - Saturday, 12th | Mens - Sunday, 13th
  • Time: 11:00 am ET
  • Channel: ESPN

Wimbledon, the crown jewel of the tennis calendar draws to a close this weekend. By Sunday evening, we will have our men’s and women’s champions, with the women’s final taking place at 4pm local time on Saturday, and the men’s final taking place at 4pm local time on Sunday, which will be 11am Eastern Time. ESPN is the channel you need for both matches.

For the women, the final four sees number-one seed Aryna Sabalenka tackle 13-seed Amanda Anisimova in a game which many will expect to be one-sided. Sabalenka was competing in the French Open final last month, where she lost to Coco Gauff, and she will be eager to right the wrongs of that outing. If Sabalenka does indeed make it through, she will be facing off against either Belinda Bencic, or the eighth-seeded Iga Swiatek.

For the men, world number one Jannik Sinner has a daunting date with the legendary Novak Djokovic, while world number 2 Carlos Alcaraz will be battling the United States’ very own Taylor Fritz. Both Fritz and Djokovic have a tall task on their hands to get one over on their opponents, with Alcaraz and Sinner dominating the sport over the last few years. They fought out an epic final at Roland Garros last month, and if we get a repeat on Sunday, it promises to be absolutely electrifying.

FIFA Club World Cup Final

  • When: Sunday 13th, July, 2025
  • Time: 3:00 PM ET
  • Channel: DAZN

A thrilling FIFA Club World Cup comes to an end this weekend, with Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) and Chelsea going head-to-head for the crown. MetLife Stadium in New York will play host, as the likes of Cole Palmer, Nicolas Jackson, Ousmane Dembélé, and Fabian Ruiz take center stage.

It is PSG who will be feeling more hopeful, after their 4-0 demolition of Real Madrid in the semis. They have also already won Ligue 1 and the Champions League this season, meaning they are undoubtedly the most red hot club team in world soccer at the moment. Chelsea won’t be a pushover, though. They have steadily been improving ever since the messy departure of owner Roman Abramovich, and now look well positioned to deliver their best soccer yet, and win some silverware.

Scottish Open Golf

  • When: Saturday 12th - Sunday 13th, July, 2025
  • Time: 10:00am - 4:00pm ET
  • Channel: Golf Channel (early), CBS (late)

Now, the Scottish Open (DP World Tour) might not sound like the most enticing golf event on the calendar, but it is attracting a blockbuster PGA Tour field this weekend for one primary reason: next week is the all-important Open Championship. We have broken down the final major of the golfing season with broadcasting information in our comprehensive guide, which you can read here (insert link).

This weekend though, Scottie Scheffler, Rory McIlroy, Colin Morikawa, Ludvig Aberg, and many more will be fighting it out at The Renaissance Club as they try to get one more win under their belt before battling it out again at Royal Portrush next week. If you want an early look at some of the golf action abroad, you’ll find it on Golf Channel.
