Baseball is played by teams with either ball and pitcher (ball) or bat and glove (pitcher and glove). A ball is made up of 60 percent air and 40 percent solid wool (around 56 percent wool and 46 percent air), while a pitcher is made up of a rubber ball, made from the felt, leather, or synthetic material.

The game is played in one continuous game lasting an hour. The batting order is, first, second, third, and fourth; hitters hit on a 1-2-3-4-5-6
